Les Brown's Mentor
Mike Williams is known nationally and internationally as Les Brown's "mentor." Actually Mike's role as a strategist and coach goes back over a period of 40 years, dating back to the work he and Les did in radio. Later, Mike was the person Les called to help launch his public speaking career. That role continues today.
Planning the Right Course
You need a plan, to build, grow and continue to succeed. Our Consulting and Coaching help set direction and get results. We use planning to put our assessments to work, to meet projected goals. This process produces the road to maximum results.
Shaping the Right Mindset
We address the issues that impede success, so we focus on mindset. Maintaining success requires the mindset for teamwork, a winning edge and strategies for reaching goals. Mindset is needed to drive skill set. All aimed at dynamic impact and massive success.
Getting Maximum Potential
Since 1981, we have been putting methods to goals and dreams, to help clients succeed. The years have proven that it is critical to be well grounded, well studied, distraction proof, and committed to putting "your stuff" out there. Our work works.
Insight: Observations and Tips for Success
Lots of people have a constantly moving, working mind, like mine. In the mid 70s I took up TM. I wanted to get a way to handle stress and quiet my mind.
Later, I began to study and appreciate the role of deliberate, conscious breathing as a way of getting a meditative affect in smaller doses. TM takes 20 minutes, so I looked for something shorter.
I observed people whose work put them on a continuous treadmill. Doctors, for example, moving from room to room and patient to patient, needed to pause, to be fully engaged.
When my own doctor paused to wash his hands, he would look at himself briefly in the mirror above the sink. That process when washing his hands gave him a nice moment.
We get caught up in the routines that help us function. But things that help us function automatically can also put us into a rut. Take a moment. Take a pause. Breathe!
