Mike Williams
Mike Williams started as a marketing consultant. He combined marketing and organizational strategy to produce a dynamic impact for clients. Mike began consulting permanently after leaving his corporate job in 1981.
Later, Mike began working intensely with Les Brown, helping Les enter the world of public speaking. Mike helped Les make a dynamic impact as a motivational speaker, author, and entrepreneur. He helped Les become an international force.
It was a re-start of the work they began in radio a decade earlier. MWS has empowered business startups and established nonprofits and several projects and ventures. Mike has worked extensively with high-powered, high-profile clients, including thought leaders, freelance professionals, and heads of several companies and organizations.

MWS has been involved in a number of projects and with a variety of individuals, companies, and organizations. The following descriptions outline some of our work:
- Assessed and developed a marketing plan for re-opening a manufacturing company, including re-establishing wholesale and retail customers.
- Created an intensive, three-day residential training program for fast-tracking young professionals to boost their Fortune 500 careers.
- Developed strategy and multi-media campaigns to boost memberships in regional business advocacy organizations.
- Planned and helped set up a high-profile vision center for an ophthalmic surgeon, helping her establish staff and market her dream medical practice.
- Developed a plan to create a healthy climate for improving an agency's chances for connecting with families to adopt hard-to-place children.
- Developed a strategic marketing and organizational plan to establish corporate and nonprofit inroads for a newly created speaking/seminar company.
- Created a hands-on marketing workshop for aspiring young entrepreneurs, including tools and strategies for success in their ventures.
- Conceptualized, produced, and scripted a speaker's promotional video to enhance the global brand, and selected it as an industry model for rising speakers.
- Assisted a newly created museum in shaping its public profile to attract visitors and donors, and enhance funding opportunities.
- Developed strategy, plans, and media for various political campaigns to help candidates and issues win and boost voter registration and turnout.
- Designed and developed innovative workshop training for public speakers at all levels, focusing on the art and the business of speaking.
- Developed a marketing and organizational plan, policies, and procedures to assist an orthodontist in attracting patients and referring dentists.
- Conducted assessment and developed an outreach plan for a newly created health agency to solidify funding, outreach, and improved community health.
- Led negotiations, developed concepts, and served as a consulting producer for television shows and other productions.
- Produced, developed, and scripted an anti-violence radio campaign to raise awareness, shape attitudes, and reduce violence.
- Provided troubleshooting to identify problems and maximize opportunities for small businesses to improve branding and increase market share.
